Event Rental Items
If you have an event coming up, take a look at what items are for rent at the Urbandale Chamber of Commerce! We have high-top tables, table covers, large yard-letters and signs as well as a speaker and microphone. All rental items do NOT include delivery or drop-off. Renter is responsible for pick-up and drop-off of all rental items.
How to Rent?
- Look through your choices of items and click, ‘RENTAL FORM’.
- Complete ‘RENTAL FORM’, choose quantity, share contact information, agree to terms, and submit for invoice. Reminder, payment in full is due by date of rental.
- Upon form submission, a staff member with be in contact with you to confirm date availability and terms of rented items.

Generic Phrases + Ten (10) Miscellaneous Items: $50
Custom Phrases (up to 30 Letters and 20 Miscellaneous Items): $75
High Top Tables & Covers
Rent high top tables and covers through the Chamber! With up to six tables, a choice of blue or red table covers.
High Top Tables: $10/table
High Top Table Covers (Blue or Red): $5/cover
Speaker & Microphone
This Bluetooth speaker and wireless microphone can enhance any event needing music or a presentation. This ION Total PA Max speaker operates via Bluetooth for music, a presentation or a microphone. The speaker is on wheels and portable.
