If any item is broken, bent, scratched, has water damage, damaged in any way or lost, the card on file will be charged $20 per letter, $60 per table, $20 per table cover, $200 for speaker, $50 per microphone and $10 per microphone cord.CARD ON FILE(Required) Member agrees to provide payment in full prior to pick up. Furthermore, the Member agrees the card on file will be used to pay the fees outlined in the agreement for any items returned damaged, soiled, lost or broken.CARE AND OPERATION OF EQUIPMENT.(Required) The equipment may only be used and operated in a careful and proper manner. The Member can make no alterations to equipment such as painting, drawing, bending, taping or puncturing the items. The owner will maintain the equipment in good repair and operating condition, allowing for reasonable wear and tear.
