Tuesday, July 10 — Are you ready to stand out as a leader and make a real impact in Urbandale? The Leadership Urbandale program is now accepting applications, due June 20th!
This unique program welcomes anyone who lives or works in Urbandale, or whose employer is a member of the Urbandale Chamber of Commerce. Applicants will complete a few essay questions and submit a letter of recommendation as part of the process. Individuals are encouraged to nominate themselves, or nominate other candidates.
Over several months, participants dive deep into the heart of Urbandale, exploring its businesses, politics, landscape, history, and much more. They also gain valuable insights from local leaders who share what true leadership means in practice. Exploring local businesses, touring the City of Urbandale, volunteering with Urbandale non-profits, and visiting the capitol are just a few of the hands-on opportunities participants will experience.
