URBANDALE, IA – On April 23, 2025 the Urbandale Chamber of Commerce is holding its annual Women Empowerment Breakfast at Blue Compass. This year, the main keynote speaker, Lynsey Mulder, will be delivering a powerful message on Unleashing Your Superpowers: Empowering Confidence and Elevating Your Energy.

With a diverse background as a C-suite executive, entrepreneur, and non-profit founder, Lynsey’s favorite role is being a mom to four amazing boys.
