URBANDALE, IA — The Urbandale Chamber of Commerce annually reviews nominations to select a young professional to receive the prestigious Young Professional of the Year award. The award is given to the selected young professional during the organization’s annual Sample Urbandale, A Celebration of Business event. This year’s recipient, Bryanne Lang, is a dedicated and influential member of the Chamber’s young professional program, genYP, and serves on the genYP leadership team.
Bryanne joined genYP in 2019 through her employer, Mosaic in Central Iowa. Bryanne later joined the Leadership team in 2022, where she currently sits as Vice Chair. In addition, she is chair of the Professional Development committee and is a frequent face at many chamber and genYP events.
Bryanne has been employed with Mosaic in Central Iowa since 2016, first with the Mosaic at Home program as an Independent Contract Program Manager for over 5 years, then was promoted to the role of Resource Development Manager in March of 2022. Her connection with Mosaic has grown over the last few years as her youngest sister now lives in a Mosaic host home setting, allowing her family to experience the benefits and impact of Mosaic first hand.
Bryanne is also very involved in Youth Ministry and supporting and encouraging young individuals to walk in faith.
