2026 Citizen of the Year Nomination
Annually the Urbandale Chamber recognizes an Urbandale resident (current or former) as the Citizen of the Year! This prestigious award will be given to the citizen selected at the Chamber’s Sample Urbandale held Thursday, September 17th. Individuals may nominate themselves for this award. Requirements: • The individual nominated must be or have been a resident of Urbandale at one time. To nominate an individual, please take a moment to carefully answer the following questions. Please feel free to use additional space as needed. The nomination committee will be basing the award on the answers provided, so accuracy and thoroughness is important. Nominations will be accepted until 5 p.m. on August 28th, 2026.
