The Guide aims to provide leaders and employees with an overview of initiatives and tools needed to implement diversity and inclusion programs in their organization and in order to leverage untapped talent. Reflecting on the value and importance of diversity in DSM, INclusion celebrates the rich cultural traditions of the region’s multicultural communities including but not limited to, African-Americans, Asian American, communities of European descent, Latin, and Native American residents. The magazine also includes sections about Des Moines’ diverse faith community, accessibility for the people with disabilities, opportunities for those in the military, veterans, young and retired professionals, and the region’s lesbian, gay, bisexual transgender, and Queer communities.
INclusion is a joint effort between The Partnership, Business Publications Corporation, and dsm Magazine, along with several corporate sponsors.
